RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, apothecary items are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shoptemplemoon@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We issue store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery of your item. Apothecary items are not eligible for return. If you would like to send your item back, please write us at shoptemplemoon@gmail.com and we will issue an authorization number. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim. We ask that you document the damage by taking photos of the shipping box (all six sides), the unpacking process, and the damaged item itself.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. Temple Moon is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, or for packages marked as delivered but missing from the delivery location.
That said, we’re happy to help guide you through the process of contacting the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that carrier investigations may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, and replacement or refund is not guaranteed.
